On April 4th ground was broken for construction of the Alexander Homestead “Dressed up” Dairy Barn. A backhoe/loader was used to clear the site and begin grading for the foundation. Next steps are to excavate the footers, build the forms to retain the gravel and concrete, spread the gravel, rough-in the plumbing and pour the concrete. ~ read more
